Our stay at Theoxenia Hotel was absolutely delightful! Nestled perfectly in the heart of Fira, we had easy access to everything from shops to stunning views. The rooms were spacious and offered breathtaking caldera views, making our experience even more special. The attentive service from Valadis and George truly made us feel welcomed. However, the pillows were slightly uncomfortable for our liking. Overall, it was a great value for the memorable experience we had.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to assist, especially Christos, who truly made us feel welcome during a challenging time. The location is perfect, right in the center of Fira, making it easy to explore. The views from our room and the terrace were simply breathtaking! However, finding the hotel initially was a bit tricky due to the lack of nearby roads, and there wasn't an on-site pool, which would have been nice.
